Agreement
Parameters
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MetricZentrix. By using MetricZentrix.digital, you represent that you have the legal capacity to comply with these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these tracking and analytical frameworks.
Usage Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age. Our environment is designed for professional business optimization and performance metrics analysis; unauthorized personal scraping or automated data retrieval is strictly prohibited.
INTELLECTUAL
INTELLIGENCE
All original metrics, proprietary algorithms, and integrated data visualizations hosted on MetricZentrix.digital are the exclusive property of MetricZentrix. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view and interact with our public reports for internal business decision-making only.
You may not redistribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any component of our analytical framework without express written consent from our Kuala Lumpur headquarters.

User Conduct & Technical Boundaries
To ensure high-signal reliability for all users, you agree not to interfere with the network infrastructure of MetricZentrix. This includes bypassing security protocols, flooding our metrics endpoints, or attempting to compromise the integrity of our performance data.
Section 04
Account Responsibility
Where access requires authentication, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. MetricZentrix is not liable for data leakage resulting from insecure local password management.
Prohibited Activities
- 01 Scraping proprietary data sets using unauthorized crawlers.
- 02 Impersonating MetricZentrix staff or authority in public forums.
- 03 Uploading malicious scripts to our analytical feedback loops.
- 04 Commercial resale of reports generated through index.html.

In no event shall MetricZentrix, its directors, or its analysts be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our data solutions. This includes loss of profits, business interruption, or data inaccuracy caused by shifting external market conditions.
